1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Verben mit Präpositionen Plus (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.
2. License to use
AngelsLabs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as expressly permitted by law.
3. In-app purchase / Full version
The App is available in a free version and a Full version. The Full version is unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. All payments are handled by Apple; AngelsLabs does not collect payment details directly. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
4. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AngelsLabs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AngelsLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Changes to these terms
AngelsLabs may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
